DynTHERM LP

The DynTHERM LP analyzers are applicable for thermogravimetric measurements between vacuum and atmospheric pressure. Measurements with corrosive gases and vapor atmospheres can be carried out without the need of balance purge gas. The analyzers may be equipped with our sophisticated flow gas and vapor dosing devices (FlexiDOSE-flow) and gas sampling devices for MS, GC or FTIR.

The DynTHERM LP instruments are available with the following specifications:

Main applications of the DynTHERM LP instruments are:

  • high temperature corrosion studies

DynTHERM MP

The DynTHERM MP analyzers are applicable for TG measurements between vacuum and 40 bar. As well as the LP series measurements with corrosive gases and vapor atmospheres can be carried out without the need of balance purge gas. Designed with the integration of our unique cold wall reactor, where the reaction atmosphere is only in contact with the corrosion resistant ceramic materials in the high temperature zone of the reactor, high pressure and temperature combinations are possible. In combination with the FlexiDOSE flow gas and vapor dosing and mixing devices the DynTHERM MP covers a wide range of TGA applications.

The DynTHERM MP instruments are available with the following specifications:

Main applications of the DynTHERM MP instruments are:

  • coal and biomass gasification
  • catalyst testing (e. g. coke deposition on hydrocracking catalyst)
  • pyrolysis studies
  • getter materials testing (e. g. O₂ or H₂ getters) for chemical looping
  • metal dusting

DynTHERM HP

DynTHERM HP instruments are the ideal tool for thermogravimetric measurements at high pressures and as usual with the Rubotherm range of instruments corrosive atmospheres and vapor do not cause any problems. The DynTHERM HP analyzers may be equipped with our FlexiDOSE gas and vapor mixing and dosing devices for maintaining the reaction gas composition and high pressure in the instrument.

In the DynTHERM instruments sample loading is as easy as in standard TGA instruments thanks to our comfortable motor assisted movement of the balance into a convenient loading position.
